Where we ship

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive within 5 to 14 business days of being placed. Orders aren't processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays, and delivery times are estimates that can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak periods.

Shipping is free on every order within Australia.

Shipping protection

Shipping Protection comes with the Snuggle Bundle. If your protected parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged in transit, we'll send you a replacement or refund your order at no extra cost. Just contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it along the way. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@bellybearofficial.com.

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, please contact us at support@bellybearofficial.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help sort it out.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@bellybearofficial.com as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
